I have several exhaust leaks and I am wondering if this will cause it to sputter out and die and if it will cause damage to the engine.

Oil pan leak 5.7 CHEVY ENG
There seems to be a common problem correcting oil leak at front seal on engine oil pan. Shop replacement and it still leaks. Could it be the corner areas that aren't sealing? Any remedies ? TNX

I have a 1997 5.7l Chevy Suburban 3/4 ton 4x4. I have replaced fuel pump, inline fuel filter, complete distributor, ignition,coil, spark plugs and wires. Have replaced crank sensor as well.
