Both Mobo's are good quality. You need to select the one that has the features you want.
Brand/specs of the RAM?
I would suggest a better quality PSU.
All SeaSonic- All XFX- Most Corsair (not the CX-GS-M Series) are top quality.

My System

I wouldn't recommend either of those. Both of them is of low quality and could very easily damage your component or cause other problems.

For insured quality I would highly recommend this one: Amazon.com: XFX PRO650W Core Edition 80+ Bronze ATX 650 Energy Star Certified Power Supply: Electronics

The Corsair is better than the CoolerMaster but the CX-GS-M Series Corsair are lower quality and not recommended.
I misread your GPU selection. You could go with a 650W PSU for the 560 ti if it's a good quality unit. SeaSonic & XFX are top quality.
The PSU is the very last component you want to consider cutting costs. The rest of the system is dependent on sufficient clean power to avoid damage.
