i want to up grade my CPU i am running windows vista an norton an some other programs my computer is pretty slow now so i wanna upgrade im getting 2 gb more ram an i just got a 160gb hdd now its the processor i just wanna kno what would be the best one to go with here are my specs

Motherboard: Asrock K7S8XE+ Mainboard (SiS 748 chipset)
(8x AGP/5 PCI/3 DDR DIMMs/8 USB/400FSB)
Processor: AMD Athlon xp 2000+ Retail
Cooling Fan: AMD Heatsink and Fan Retail
Memory: PC-2700 256MB DDR Ram, PC-2700 512MB DDR Ram
Video: Nvidia Geforce NX6600 VTD256 256MB W/HD
Sound: AC'97 Audio Codec (OMB)
Network: 10/100 Mbps LAN (OMB)
Optical Drive: LG 52x32x52x16x CDRW/DVD-ROM Drive
Hard Drive: Western Digital 80 GB (8MB), Western Digital 160 GB (8MB)

thanks didnt kno that it would tell me there but what processor is better duron, athlon, athlon xp an can i run for example any athlon xp like 3200+??
