Hi, I have a problem when I boot I get the message "Verifying DMI pool data" and then the system hangs.
It started when I was browsing the internet and the program antimalware doctor installed itself. I did a spyware scan in Malwarebytes and it came up with around 10 problems, I deleted them then rebooted.
Ever since doing that I got the above message. I've tried one or two things such as making sure the HDDs are ordered correctly and have auto detect enabled, but I still get the message.
Now I have another problem in that the system keeps booting into RAID, and I have no clue what that is for or what to do in it. Since it has done this I have noticed my HDDs have disappeared from my BIOS settings, but from fiddling around in RAID they sometimes appear again? What do I do?
I also noticed that before I had the problem with RAID, the IDE Master 0 is set to my CD/DVD drive and when I click to change it to a HDD I can't.
Any help would be greatly appreciated because I am baffled, thanks!
