Upgrade BIOS when upgrade WIN7 to WIN10?

I maybe upgrade from Win7 to Win10.
Do I need to upgrade my Bios?

Motherboard ASUS P8Z77-M
Bios AMI 0802 (24.02.2012) (Alaska 1072009)
CPU Intel i5-2320 [email protected]
Memory 8151 MB

OS: win 10 Home



It is listed as win 10 ready https://www.asus.com/microsite/mb/Windows_10/ there is a Bios update from 2016 for stability you might find more on the support page of the motherboard.

Unless you're having trouble, leave everything as is. Bios flashing can brick a computer on occasion.

Agree with Corday, old motherboards can be killed with a BIOS flash, so if it ain't broke, don't try to fix it..
