System Hangs.. No boot, etc.

Hello,

I get systme hangs, games keep crashing. Sometimes the computer will shutdown. Sometimes I will be able to boot but without image, some other times I will not be able to boot at all. If I am not able to boot I still have power going in the machine since I can see the motherboard leds inside of the tower.

You know when your used to fix other people's stuff and things happen to you you feel kind of confused. I am trying lots of stuff as we speak I even bought a new powersupply, different ram, etc. I didnt install the the PSU yet I will after posting this but my next idea is what, RMA the motherboard?

(I would also like to mention that the shutdowns are more frequent when running the Windows 7 RC..)
