Hi vinodbojedla Welcome to TSF
I would take it back to the person that replaced the Jack and have them open it up and make sure every thing is correctly installed.

I totally agree with the second post. I replaced a AC adapter jack one time for a client's laptop and when I put everything back in, I would not boot right. I disassembled everything and then I notice I forgot to hook one connection.

hehehe my mistake. After I fixed it, the laptop was working fine.

I have solved the problem. It was the Ram memory chip that was loose. I reinserted it the computer is working fine. One thing of interest, The number of times the green light blinks has a code which will be decoded by the dell techie dept.
