OK, I'm in the same boat. I replaced my mobo, cpu and memory and it doesn't boot up either. It starts to boot up but then comes up to the point where you would think it was turned off incorrectly and wants to know if you want to boot in safe mode, last known good config or normal. It doesn't matter which option I choose it reboots all over again and comes up with the same screen. Any suggestions?

Hello Chuck. I'm no expert of course, but it sounds like you and I have very distinctly different issues. My bios and CPU in general are not booting up at all from a new build. Thus, I don't know if any of the parts that I have are in proper working order. I would like to think that they all do, but I've seen so many posts where someone had a defective this or that straight out of the box. Your machine is at least booting up and presenting bios information to you, so you know the main components are at least working. When your machine reboots and comes up with the same screen, does it just cut straight out as if someone had pulled the plug, or does it say it is rebooting or something like that? If it cuts straight out then I would assume you might need an upgrade to your power supply as well. If you've made a significant upgrade to your CPU and mobo, then I would think there might be a chance that your old power supply can not handle the new load. That's the only thing I could suggest unfortunately. My head's about to explode from my problem.
