Hello I hope all of you are surviving these very difficult times please stay safe and healthy

I have a new pc and two SSD drvs C: and E: I have cloned the original SSD to the new one which is now the C: and set the boot sequence to start with the new SSD so my questions is this if I format the old SSD E: drv will that have any effect on the programs or files in the cloned SSD C: drv

Well, unless apps have any dependencies on the E: drive, you should be ok.. Although never hurts to keep a backup of the E drive before wiping it.

Since the new SSD (new C:) is a clone (exact replica) of the old SSD (new E:), there should be NO dependencies between either of them.
