There was an electric shock on the CPU and the PC doesn't on. I figured out that the problem is with SMPS then I changed it and switch on the computer with my UPS battery everything goes well then I connect UPS to the main and then the SMPS explode with a sound . My local tech guide told me that the problem is due to grounding doesn't work properly is that true .Or any other problems in the ups and cpu I lost 3 smps with in a weak
