Good evening

I'm not even sure what bios is, but basically I got a new this motherboard GIGABYTE B450M, but on startup my keyboard and mouse just get turned off when windows loads. They work in the bio menu though. What could I do? I the other similar thread but they didn't reach a conclusion that could help me

Many thanks in advance

hi we will need more info like what OS are you running? are you trying to install the OS
if your trying to install win 7 then make sure your plugging the mouse and keyboard into the usb 2 ports not the blue ports.

Yeah it's Windows 7, and I'm plugging them into the correct usb ports. I tried every single one either way and none of them work. Every single forum online has answers but they all have settings in the BIOS menu that I dont have for some reason.
