Question

I have a soyo motherboard which recently had this error "Bios Rom checksum error". I was told the motherboard is dead and thus the only way to get it back is to flash it. I downloaded the awardflash and uniflash and the latest bios from the manufacturers website. After setting up the autoexec.bat file and coping one of the flash utility and the bios file and booted the PC, the floppy disk was detected but I had this message "remove disk and press enter" or something like that, then it hangs up again. No progress or whatsoever is seen. Can anyone help me to properly flash my mother board?

Thanks
Michael
