Hi, I built this computer recently, and it has been running fine.

One program that came on a disk with the motherboard, as soon as I turned it on, an alarm started playing through my speakers. It turns out it thinks that my CPU fan speed is too low. It is staying at about 930rpm at the moment. I have downloaded speedfan, and that gives a similar reading. My CPU is AMD Athlon 64 3200+. How can I increase this speed? The temperatures appear fine, staying at around 35C.

Also, speedfan says one of my temperatures is -99C. Why is this? I will edit with screenshots.

Thanks for your help.

Also, how do i know which fan speed/temperature is referring to what using speedfan?

Am i okay to continue using this PC at the moment? The temperatures seem fine, but I would like to increase that fan speed...

My 3200+ Venice at the moment is at 34C,fan speed around the 1000 mark, low limit set to 700rpm.Everything seems normal, just drop the fan speed alarm down a bit.I think the -99C is the psu,you might not have a sensor for it,my mobo program calls it PWM,Everest calls it AUX.

Okay, I just went into the Bios and changed a few things around, the fan speed is now around 2900rpm. What is a good speed?
