Hey, I need a ESC K7VMM+ BIOS Update in order to receive full power from my 200GB Seagate Slave Hard Drive.. Ive tried looking all over , and I would greatfully appreciate it if someone could help me out!

Umm sorry, but I don't understand which Link I will need to click on, and if I do click on a link it takes me to a page filled with ????'s. I know its a foreign language I don't understand, perhaps a direct link may help -_- sorry;; .

okay, so when i unzip the .exe file, it brings me to this file...

E030811S.rom

and I have no clue how to use this....

oh my god man howd you find those so fast, I seriously spent like a hour googling stuff and all what came up was stuff in foreign languages or other boards about the motherboard..

Hmm wierd, ive read over all those articles, but none of them inclue on how to update the BIOS using this .rom file...

little extra help.. again i know but please and thanks :D:D

and this is how to use it

WinFlash doesint work on my computer

Winflash has encountered a problem .... blah blah blah

see if you can install it from safe mode
WinFlash Utility
The Award WinFlash utility is a Windows version of the DOS Award BIOS flash writer utility. The utility enables you to flash the system BIOS stored on a Flash Memory chip on the mainboard while in a Windows environment. This utility is currently available for WINXP\ME\2000\98SE. To install the WinFlash utility, run WINFLASH.EXE from the following directory:
\UTILITY\WINFLASH 1.51
