Dell latitude E5430 boot problem

Hey. I was wondering if any one could help me in solving a problem with my Latitude e5430
The problem is when I power it on caps lock and cpu indecator led flashes once and a wifi led stays on but no display. Fun runs, CD room ejector works fine but no display

Does it post at all? Do you see any lights or hear any fans inside?
