CPU doesn't power on

I switch on the power supply and switch on the ups then I hear a crack sound. And the CPU Doesn't on now . what should I do

You'll have to individually test them, disconnect the UPS from the wall socket, connect the computer directly, also remove any spike busters along the way and connect only the Tower/CPU, does it power up ?

I tried that way power button doesn't on .
And I got an electric shock when I touch the CPU 🤕

Most likely a short within the components, something is being grounded, it's going to be very difficult to isolate the component, could be the PSU, Mobo and CPU as well or other components...

If you're not comfy opening the tower and taking stuff out, good to have a local tech take a look at it..
