Asus Motherboard Turn off Problem.

This is a discussion on Asus Motherboard Turn off Problem. within the Motherboards, Bios|UEFI & CPU forums, part of the Tech Support Forum category. I am running into the same exact problem here... except switching the power off/on @ the back doesn't ALWAYS work...

I am running into the same exact problem here...


except switching the power off/on @ the back doesn't ALWAYS work...

and sometimes just turning it on/off @ the case button works...

but besides that same exact problem...

(asus crosshair motherboard, no overclocking)



anyone have any more info?

OS: win 7 32x 64x rtm



usually indicates a psu problem

what are you running
video card
cpu
m/board
ram
power supply
brand
wattage

check the listings in the bios for voltages and temperatures and post them

look at the label on the side of the psu for the details

it needs to be up here at a minimum with that video card

sorry for the large image, just figured that'd be the best way to show the power...


and let me say, this computer has worked wonderfully for a year or two now... and this just started happening kind of randomly... no overclocking, no hardware changes, just... out of nowhere...
