well it looks like the premium has a heatpipe to protect the northbridge chip

Greetings:

Both of those mobo's are first class set-ups !! I would prefer the premium if I had the available $$$$ (the heat pipe is a big protecter of the North Bridge chipset)

Make sure you choose at least a 600 watt Enermax SLI ready PSU to avoid the pitfalls most SLI buyers run into / fully configured those rigs really demand VERY stable consistent juice !! You may also want to check out the PC Power & Cooling brand another VERY high quality PSU

Thats a very good high quality PSU you have choosen / you wont regret it !!


This one would certainly make a tight runner-up if you get squeezed for $$$$$

but of course the OCZ is the heavy weight champ of this fight / unless you want to bring in the PC Power & Cooling models
