I'm having some trouble shopping for a 1366 motherboard that ISN"T expensive. For some reason 1366 boards are really expensive , I can't really explain why but simply guess that they are somewhat rare and therfor expensive despite being much slower then other options.

The motherboard I currently use is a pegatron "truckee" which is an HP board born from the fires of mt doom and pretty awful.

So right now my only options are buy a 150-300$ motherboard , or replace both the motherboard and the i7 930 but that'll be even more expensive.

The motherboard has massive bios issues which causes the board to bluescreen and basically random times. Do a little googleing there was quite the lawsuit over it. I assumed my gpu/drives/power/temps were at fault but its basically just a bogus board

I'd be willing to spend under 300$ for cpu/mobo combo that is significantly better then a i7 930 , or under 100$ for a motherboard that isn't an oem board like a dell or another hp board.

PS. this motherboard is so bad it has no overclocking options and the boost clock is set lower then the cpu's stock boost clock...ugh!

Most 1366 boards are designed for workstation use, and will have either limited or no overclocking options.

This is a decent board, and does include BIOS over-volt control. BIOS docs here (PDF).
