Is it receiving and displaying any available wifi networks? What error are you seeing?

Changing or removing the password can be helpful if you are getting a password error. Otherwise, it likely isn't getting to the that point.

It shows available wifi networks when I enter my password all I get it that it couldn't connect to the network. no error codes. I have also removed the password from my router and still will not connect.
