Very slow speeds with PCIe wireless card

So my brother has the Rosewill RNX-N250PCe and he's running Windows 10. On Speedtests he's been getting around 1-4mb downloads and 2.5mb uploads. While I get 30mb downloads and 2.5mb upload on my USB wireless card.

I think it's most likely the drivers and I've tried updating them but they don't have drivers for Windows 10 or even Windows 8.1.

You need to wait until Rosewill publishes drivers for Windows 10.
