Shopping for an internal wireless/bluetooth card for W10 desktop

After shopping around I can't seem to get an idea of what a good internal wireless card is. Needs to be PCI (I'd rather not use up yet another USB slot) and MUST include bluetooth. Mainly I'm looking for one that uses the bluetooth settings native to Windows 10.

Not sure you'll find any which support PCI. These use a PCI-E x1 slot. All but the Syba are Bluetooth 4.0 compliant. The Asus and Intel are 802.11 ac.
