Here is the issue... My parents computer is all screwed up, It loads the some of the bios (Sata Drivers) and when it gets to Ethernet card it cant not find the DHCP and goes into an endless loop. I have tried everything I can think of, uplugging the ethernet cable, rebooting the router/modem and even brought the computer over to my house hoping it was an router issue, but it still gets the same error

PXE-051
Cant Find DHCP

I can do it a flash recovery, but I really dont know what this going to do... so any ideas would be great since the internet has not helped so much!!!

Thanks in advance!!

From the error message, it's trying to boot from the Ethernet, I suggest resetting the BIOS to factory defaults, then going to the BIOS configuration and making sure that boot from LAN is disabled.

Have you just waited for a few minutes to see if the LAN boot times out? Perhaps the hard disk is corrupted or has died, and the machine has no other boot device available?
