Hi

I have a LAN 192.168.1.0 network with five computers with Windows 7 SP1.

On a computer, I installed a TIM USB Internet stick 4G:

---------------------------------------------------
Software Version: IK40_FT_02.00_05

Device name: IK40
---------------------------------------------------

Now, to use this stick, I should go to the 192.68.1.1 webpage which coincides with the address of my hardware firewall which is connected to a router that manages the fiber.

Now, how can I simultaneously use my network (and VDSL2 connection) and Internet stick to be able to receive and send the SMS?

Thanks

Bye

Are you asking if you can use both the wired and wireless at the same time? If so....the answer is No.

Should I use the LAN and the USB stick at the same time?

So, how should I change the IP of this stick?

Thanks

To use both at the same time the following criteria needs to be in place:
1. both interfaces are on different subnets. Presently they are both in the 192.168.1.0/24 subnet. You need to change one or the other.
2. the noninternet interface [in your case the lan with the 5 pcs] interface does not list a gateway. This means you need to do a static ip assignment to this interface.

"to be able to receive and send the SMS?"

Could you explain this part? Did you install the USB adapter for the purpose of getting SMS? Also, do you mean SMS specific to that 4G adapter or any SMS? FYI I use Google Voice integrated into my Gmail and I can send SMS from anywhere. Might be easier if SMS is your only goal.
