I need to dl an update for my wireless adapter for my laptop bc it won't connect to wifi. The only thing I have to dl on is android tablet. Android will dl the file, which is .exe, but it converts it to .apk. Can I stop it from doing this, or undo it? Please help, and thanks in advance.

Just transfer the .apk into your PC and then change it to .exe

I transferred it to laptop but idk what to open it with or how to change it back. Could you explain how to do that pls? Sry, I really don't know what I'm doing. :-)

Show or hide file name extensions - Microsoft Windows Help

Follow the instructions in the link provided, then change the .apk at the end of the file into .exe
