Hi,

Ive done some searching for a while now and have found no definitive answer, I would like to know is there a way to limit the bandwidth on individual VMs using VMWare ESXi? I know I can set the limit on speed within the host but cant find the amount of data.

Basically my host is allowed 3TB a month and I am going to have 10 VMs with 250GB each but I need them not to be able to go over this without my intervention.

Also if the need for more VMs grow I will upgrade the total bandwidth to 5-10TB and would need to be able to change the limit on the existing VMs on the fly.
