OS: preferred Win 7 SP1



Hello. I am wondering if there is a simple bootable os that has basic file editing abilities. Like if its just text based thats fine i just need an os i can throw on a usb and then boot to that os fast. i need to perform basic copy and paste and write etc. commands. thanks for any help
