Requesting to share step by step installation procedure for apache httpd on solaris machine.
Version : SunOS Generic_138888-03 sun4v sparc SUNW,SPARC-Enterprise-T5120

I have installed apache httpd on linux, it works fine. I have a doubt if i can use the same httpd on solaris. I tried but failed.

Kindly share.

My System

Looks as though you are running on Sparc hardware not Intel,
have a look at this guide:

Configuring the Apache Server (TCP/IP Network Administration, 3rd Edition)

You dont mention your error message or what went wrong so its difficult to
help you further.
