When I'm on Firefox, I can't exit or minimize my screen. I have to go to the control panel to close the browser. I've tried uninstalling and installing different versions of Firefox, but nothing works.

I also can't click on Youtube videos or anything that uses Flash. I've checked for updates and installed different versions, but it's not use. Please help.

Everything works fine on IE and Google Chrome but I would rather use Firefox.

Laptop screen randomly works
