Can anybody tell me how to fix this? It gives me this error on Chrome and IE when I go to a HTTPS site. It's a brand new build.

Do you have any security software installed? Do you use any proxy or alternate DNS system? Have you done all of the MS updates?

I'm running Avast Free, but I've never had problems with it before. No DNS or anything as far as I know, just a home WiFi router which I've already reset. Also none of the other computers are doing this, and this one was working fine until this morning. And all the updates are installed.
