I was unable to reply in time so I am posting a new thread. Below is the link to the expired thread.

Tried to uninstall Quick PC Booster using appwiz.cpl. Unfortunately Quick PC Booster was not listed among the list of programs, so I was unable to uninstall it. I made sure I unticked the option to remove unwanted programs when I ran ESET in the previous step.

Hello,

Please do the following.

Please download SystemLook from one of the links below and save it to your Desktop.
Download Mirror #1
Download Mirror #2


Double-click SystemLook_x64.exe to run it. (Vista/Win7/Win8 users, right-click > Run as Administrator)
Copy/paste the contents of the following codebox into the main textfield:

:filefind
StartApps.exe

:folderfind
Quick PC Booster
Click the Look button to start the scan.
Please be patient, as it may take a while.
:aarowr: When finished, a Notepad file will open with the results of the scan.
Please post this log in your next reply.

Note: The log can also be found on your Desktop entitled SystemLook.txt

Thanks for the log. Please do the following.

Open Notepad and copy/paste the entire contents of the codebox below into Notepad:

Save this Notepad file as fix.bat and choose to Save as type: - All Files then close the Notepad file.
