The one im curious about is the "O10 - Broken Internet access because of LSP provider 'xfire_lsp_10650.dll' missing" I've tried to use lspfix, but it dont work

Is this spyware i.e?

I'm not experiencing any problems, I think

Your log is clean. That entry is safe to keep. You will need that file. You may fix it this way if you want:

Download Winsock2Fix and unzip it. Then double-click on it to run it.
