HI I'M NEW HERE ..I NEED HELP WITH THIS PROBLEM CONCERNING THE COMMAND PROMPT WHICH KEEPS POPPING UP UPON START UP...HAVE TAKEN ALL THE NECESSARY ACTION NEEDED TO BE TAKEN..EVEN DONE THE SFC SCAN..AND DISK CHECK..EVEN CHECKED FOR VIRUSES AND MALWARE....BUT IT KEEPS POPPING UP SHOWING SOME ERROR...SOME FILE THAT COULDN'T BE TRACED NAMELY MSVD60.dll ...SOMETHING LIKE THAT..EVEN TOOK THE MSCONFIG ROUTE WHICH BLOCKED UP ALL THE THIRD PARTY OPERATION..STILL NO SOLUTION...ITS IRRITATING NOW...PLZ RECOMMEND SOMETHING..OTHER THAT COMPLETE REBOOT..WHICH WOULD BE THE LAST OPTION..

Compose message keeps popping up when opening computer

Sound popping from windows noises, fine everywhere else?
