OS: Windows xp version 2002 home edition ser pk3

At least twice a month my pc (running windows XP home edition version 2002 service pack 3) lets me know I have updates to be installed.

These are those updates:

November, 2016 Security and Quality Rollup for .NET Framework 3.0, 4 on WES09 and POSReady (KB3189598)
Security Update for Microsoft .NET Framework 4 for WES09 and POSReady 2009 (KB3142029)
Security Update for Microsoft .NET Framework 4 for WEPOS and POSReady 2009 (KB3135993)
Security Update for Microsoft .NET Framework 4 for WES09 and POSReady 2009 (KB3163249)

I give it the green light and it begins...

then, like clockwork, it tells me they failed to install.

To make matters worse, it doesn't remember this and before long it all happens again!

At best, I'd like to finally get these installed... if not, I want the ol' XP to stop trying.

Can anyone help me?

My System

type the KB# and the word Download into Google and download the update manually.
If you don't want to install the update, in Windows Update, right click the Update and choose Hide Update.
