i am running windows xp and it is running slow they virtual memory is full i cant play games on facebook can you help?

Hi Paula, I moved your question to its own thread. It makes it less confusing.

Right click on My Computer, select Properties, then the Advanced tab
Click the Settings button under Performance, then the middle Advanced Tab. Under Virtual Memory, click the Change button.

When the Virtual Memory box pops up, put a check next to System Managed size. If that's already selected, then your virtual memory is set to where it's supposed to be. Reboot the PC.
