Hello I just went out and purchased a OEM copy of MS XP Pro and after I activated the OS. I was wondering since I like to format and reinstall the OS at least twice a year. how am i going to get around having to activeate it over and over because i know you can only use it once.

thanks

After a fresh install, your best bet would be to use a program such as, Acronis True Image or Norton Ghost, to create an image/duplicate that can be used to restore your system without the hassles of updating, activation, etc.

after reading that article I guess activation would not be required as long as I keep reinstalling it with the same bios?
