I was going to post this in the printer forum but I think it's a problem with Windows...

The problem is as follows:
A single computer on my office network cannot connect to any of the three A3 printers in the office. All other PC's in the office have the same version of XP Pro and are showing no connectivity problems.

The faulting machine can however print to any of the A4 printers, and it can print an A3 page to the A0 plotter or to PDF. I have tried reinstalling the printers on the machine but to no avail. I have also tried turning off the media switch sensor which I was told is often the cause but it hasn't resolved the problem.

Two of the printers are shared through other PC's while the other is connected directly to the network.

In Autocad when i try to select the A3 printer it defaults back to <None> in printer selection.
In notebad I get an error message of "bad handle".
When I attempt to print a test page I immediately get an error saying the document couldn't print and the ever-fun offer of troubleshooting.

I'm quite baffled by this one; the only event it corresponds with was the installation of an additional memory module.

Any help on this would be great.

Cheers,
Maczrook.
