I tried to reinstall win xp SP2 to win xp SP1, but when i boot from cd i saw the error "Please insert Windows XP SP2 and press ENTER". How i can fix it?

Did you format the drive and begin the xp install or did this pop up before the initial install?

Unplug internet, maybe MS is preventing it for some reason.

The xp disk will format. Just go into the recover console. Again, I caution against reverting back, but it is your computer.
