time and date set correctly ?.

im also having problems with the new msn. i formatted my computer today, reinstalled msn and everything else and now i cant sign in whats so ever, also my clocks coming up with 12:21am instead of before it was doing it in 24 hour format now its doing it in 12 hour format and i have no idea on how to change it to 24 hour, also the set the time from the time server in clock properties won't work.

anyone know how to fix this problem as i know msn requires the right time and date for it to sign in.
