Hi,

I upgraded a free software so I could get the full benefits of it, but recently I have been having some problems with my computer so I found out when I log off and log in to another user my computer works fine, except that one software. It goes back to the free/demo version...but I have the full version. I go into "my computer" and locate the file on the owner system and when I open it I still get the free version.

Could you someone tell me if I can change this or the get the full paid version on the other log in computer.

Thanks

Hi paulo99, best thing I can advise is to seek support from the company which you paid the subscription to as they will be best equipped to support you on this matter.

Well unfortunately, I don't think we'll be able to help as it may be contravening the programs license.

Does the company have a support forum where you can ask other users of the program?

BTW...what program is it?
