Hello Everyone
The problem that I am having with my system is that every time I click the shutdown icon and when the message appears telling me it is now safe to
turn off my computer, I press the power button nothing happens.
the message on my screen is still on. press serveral times, even hold the power button in for couple of minutes and still it will not turn off.
I went into BIOS and there is nothing in it to cofigure the power mode, or the
shutdown I am at loss here. I check for virus, spyware, and every
thing else that I can thing of, using professional mechanic 6. and another thing, the lights for the power status and hard drive are not on, the reset button does not even work when I press it, also the sleep button.
my motherboard is a GFXcel PC133 in which i will like to disassemble and clean
but i do not have a manual for it and that i will be confuse and lost with the
power connections when it comes to reconnection.
Any suggestions

Check here: PC Chips
Just search for the board

Or here
There is a download at the bottom of the page for the manual.
