Can you give a little more info on which IM you're using and how it's behaving??

I removed your teamviewer credentials in order to protect you from people that may have malicious intent. We prefer to assist people without delving into their computer in a direct manner.

In TeamViewer, Go to the tool bar to Help/About Teamviewer. What version do you have? Check for Updates and download the latest version. You can also go to Extras/View Log File, right click the Log File and Send To... Compressed (Zipped) Folder and attach the zipped file in your next post.
