Hi, I'm new to this so please bear with me. I use Talkworks Pro on Windows XP as it will not work on later Windows and I need to have an option for my customers to send a fax and also, if required, to leave a voice message. Yes people do still send faxes!!!
If I wanted to send an invoice by fax in Quickbooks to a customer, I select print and then Winfax in the printer options which then opened up a fax ready to send. That is until now - now when I try to print the invoice to a fax it looks like it has done so but no fax page comes up. I have tried re-installing Talkworks Pro but that has not made any difference. This has only just started happening but I do not know why. Should I un-install Talkworks Pro and then re-install it rather than just re-install it? Any help would be appreciated.

Symantec purchased Talkworks and then discontinued the product and is no longer supporting it. there are other programs that you can use instead. windows 7 Archives - GetFaxing.com
Other then that, uninstall the product, restart the computer and reinstall.
