When I start up the computer, it always brings up this message.
"We apologize, for the inconvenience, but Windows did not start successfully. A recent hardware or software change might have caused this." I get the options for Safe Mode start up, Last known working config, and normal start (all of which end in a blue screen). This computer is a Dimension E521, and I'm trying to get all the important stuff off the hard drive so I can reset to factory settings. How can I do this? If any additional information is needed, I'd be happy to provide it. Thanks.
