okay so i accidentally turn on stickykeys and everything goes wrong

everything is caps locked (including the numbers and periods) and only the letters are uncaps locked when i turn the caps lock on

i turned sticky keys and filter keys off but the problem still remains

also< the scroller on the mouse flips through the previous pages and does not scroll down the page like its supposed to

if i try to highlight something everything in front of it will be highlighted

does anyone know how to fix all of this?
