What was the exact message? What did you do to fix the problem?

hi ..It was one of those messages to send a report..so I said yes ...I then rebooted thinking my inbox might return....I just do not know what happened ..I have heard a virus can do this and wondered if there was something that came in with my overnight emails...I am going to try and get into webmail and see if I can get something there ..but I cannor remember password...I am getting old??
Do you know in cases like this if the inbox could still be in the identities folder???
Many thanks Ron.

The Inbox.dbx file is the Outlook Express database file that is used for the Inbox folder. Do a search for this file, and in OE, go to File/Import from the found location.
