Hello avalon4, Welcome to TSF!

Could you please give us more detailed information about your issue.

In the meantime, Hotmail is a web-based program, and therefore any issues with it should be taken up with the Hotmail Website support.

Please post back with further information, so that we can determine whether the fault is with your computer or the website.

Kind regards,

Hi avalon4,

If this is the case, the problem definitely lies with the website.
I suggest that you contact Windows Live Mail™ Support, to discuss your problem.
(Click the coloured link.)

Please report back with the outcome.

Kind Regards,
