I have two users who are having this issue in excel 2003. When they try to print out any file in excel, they go to print preview and they can see all of the data. When they print (without the option to print gridlines check) only a blank page prints. If they try to print with the option to print gridlines checked the grid lines will print, but no data will print.

I tried removing excel through add/remove programs and then re-adding it(not completely uninstalling office just removing/re-adding excel) and itstill does not print. I have not tried a complete reinstall of office as (in outlook) each user is a delegate for several different people and also setup for several different mailboxes and I'm trying to avoid have to setup all of that up after a complete reinstall and also setup the other custom settings they have. Also on my PC I was able to successfully print out a file that was printing as a blank pages on their pc

software: Microsoft Office Excel 2003 (11.6560.6568) SP3
OS: WinXP Pro SP2 with all applicable windows updates

Try this:

FILE-PRINT AREA-CLEAR PRINT AREA

Then try and print and see if that works.
