When I would open my email in XP IE8 before, all the print would be the same size. Now for some reason the print under FROM is small, under SUBJECT it is huge, under RECEIVED and SIZE also small.
I went through a similar if not the same problem years ago and was able to get it back to the normal email list with someone's help but just can't remember how I was told to do it.
Please help me to get it back like it was. I've tried looking for the way but to no avail. Hope some one out there will be able to come through with the solution again. Thanks, H. J.

Have you tried resetting browser settings?

We need more information
Are you accessing your Email through Microsoft Outlook part of the Office suite?
Or are you accessing it thru web mail? (ie) Gmail, Yahoo Mail, etc?
If the later, what browser are you using? (ie) IE, Firefox, Chrome?

s.f, I access my Email through Outlook Express IE8, it was through Hotmail before it changed some time ago, but my problem on the Email display started about a month ago. Thanks. HJ

In Outlook Express 6, close any open e-mail(s). Then go to Tools > Options
> Read > Fonts button > Font size.

s.f, Sorry I gave you the wrong Email source it is through Outlook live, IE8, not Outlook Express. (if that makes any difference). HJ

Go to Outlook.com and sign in.
Go to the Gear icon in the upper right and choose Options.
on the Left Panel, under Layout/Message Format. Here you can choose a different size and font.

s.f, Went to Outlook.com and signed in as you said to do and was immediately connected to the Email list that I want to change back. Looked to the upper right, no Gear icon was there or anywhere else that I could see. Tried Tools> Internet Optons but didn't see Layout/Message Format there either. HJ

Dave, sorry about that, wasn't done on purpose to see if my post had been published. Had problems learning about Screen Print, and was responding and showing individuals who offered help on the matter that their help was successful, and to s.f who requested the Screen Print. I try to respond to all who try to help to let them know what is happening
How about you, got any suggestions to solve my Email problem, I hope? Would appreciate any help you might be able to offer on it.
Glad you are taking the time to read my posts. Looking forward for the solution from you or someone else out there. Thanks for your response though, I appreciate it. HJ

Hmmm, you're still doing it!

Looks like you're pressing the quote button on your own last post, and then pressing 'post reply'.

Generally, there is no need to use the quote button, instead use the 'post reply' button at the bottom of the page when you want to reply to your thread.

s.f, This is what I get when I log into Outlook.com. Nowhere can I find the "Gear" you told me to click onto. HJ

Dave, as you say I must be doing something wrong as of late, I have never gotten comment on it before your post. Was this a one time thing or have I been doing it on a regular basis? Doesn't the quote button need to be used to quote something as you did above? I thought the "Submit Reply" was all I needed to do without a problem. Also any suggestions for my Email problem, sure would appreciate it. Thanks again, HJ

?? The pic in Post #14 points out with a big red arrow where the "Gear" icon is?

s.f, I see where it is on your Post #14, but can you show me, with another red arrow, where the Gear icon might be in my Post #16 display? I sure can't seem to locate it there after looking many times for it. Thanks again, HJ.

The red arrow is pointing to the "Gear" icon in post #14? I don't know what else to tell you.
If you can 't find it, try posting a screenshot of Outlook.com
