My System

Go to Control Panel/Regional and Language settings/Language make sure your Region is set to your Language preference. Go to Start/Run and type devmgmt.msc and press enter.
In the Device Manager, Expand DVD/CD Rom drives. Right click your DVD player and choose Properties/DVD Region. Select your Region of where you will be playing DVD's from (ie) Region 1 for North America etc
You also can add a secondary language for subtitles. https://www.techwalla.com/articles/h...es-in-powerdvd
